Take Ten

Six Year 13 students were selected to take part in ‘Take Ten’, a documentary film making project in partnership with Chocolate Films. The students attended workshops that took place over three days which taught the participants the skills to make a completed documentary. The documentary is part of a larger project and archive ‘1,000 Londoners’, a London wide project run by Chocolate Films, commissioned to curate a digital portrait of today’s Londoner. Our young people completed their documentary on Siyana Shaffi, a GP within the local community, working with refugees on the Greek island of Lesbos. The students produced a documentary of a high standard which was screened at the Odeon Wimbledon as part of the Wimbledon Bookfest.
