These results mark another year of excellent academic and personal achievements, demonstrating the hard work of our students and dedication of the staff. We were also thrilled that so many students and families joined us on the two results days.

 

Year 13: Another excellent pass rate was achieved with 98% of all examinations passed. 40% of A Levels were passed with grades A*- B and 76% were passed with grades A* to C. The Vocational results are also exceptional again this year; the average grade achieved was a Distinction with the vast majority of students exceeding their target grades.

 

Year 11: Students have made excellent progress across all subjects, achieving an estimated +0.53 progress score. 72% of students gained 4+ in English and 62% 4+ in Maths. The school is particularly delighted with students gaining 150 grades at 9 and 8. These are wonderful results which have been achieved by a fully comprehensive intake whose transition to RPHS was disrupted due to the pandemic, and we are very pleased that so many of the students have chosen to remain at the school for their post-16 studies.

Level 2 – GCSE & Vocational:

There were a number of students who achieved exceptionally high Attainment 8 grades and the following students achieved an average A8 grade of 8+, having gained grade 8s and 9s in all 10 GCSE subjects studied; our congratulations go to Anna, Amelie, Bella, Frank, Hiba, Nabil and Umar on their outstanding achievements.

 

We are delighted that the results this summer have enabled our Year 13 students to gain apprenticeships, employment or go on to study the subjects of their choice at university and we are thrilled that so many Year 11s will be staying on at our Sixth Form.

 

I would like to offer students our warmest congratulations and thank all of the staff for their contribution in making these results possible. I would also like to thank our parents and carers for their on-going support, particularly throughout the exam season. They have been wonderful cohorts and we wish all of our students the very best for the future.
